SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. The price of Goods and Services will be MO Event Furniture’s quoted price and, unless otherwise stated, will be exclusive of Value Added Tax, and all costs or charges in relation to packaging, loading, unloading, carriage and insurance. MO Event Furniture reserves the right, by giving notice to you at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost to MO Event Furniture which is due to any factor beyond the control of MO Event Furniture (such as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of labour, material or other costs of manufacture). Any such increase in price shall be intimated to you and you shall have a period of five working days to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the Order. We try and make sure that all prices on our website are correct but occasionally errors may occur. If we identify a pricing error with the goods you have ordered we will attempt to contact you and you can either accept the correct price and confirm you wish to proceed with the new order or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will automatically cancel the order and if a refund is due you will be refunded.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order submitted by you, and for giving any necessary information relating to the Goods and delivery requirements within a sufficient time to enable MO Event Furniture to perform the contract in accordance with the Terms. We reserve the right to refuse customer orders at our own discretion.
It is your responsibility to advise us, in writing prior to placing an order, if any goods or services you order from us need to comply with any relevant health and safety requirements, fire risk assessments or other procedures that you operate under. We are not liable for any damages that occur.
MO Event Furniture will sell and you will purchase the Goods on these Terms. MO Event Furniture reserves the right to make changes in the specification of the Goods which are required to conform to any applicable statutory or EC requirements, or where the Goods are to be supplied to MO Event Furniture’s specifications, which do not materially affect their quality or performance. Whilst all sizes and measurements are approximate only we will use our best endeavours to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details added in the checkout section of the online ordering processing system. If we are unable to deliver a shipment because of an incorrect address we will make all reasonable efforts to find the correct address. We will notify you of the correction and deliver or attempt to deliver the shipment to the correct address although additional charges may apply. Where we are unable to complete the delivery of a shipment for whatever reason we will try to leave a notice at the receiver’s address stating that delivery has been attempted and the whereabouts of the shipment. If the receiver refuses to accept delivery, we will try to contact you and agree the appropriate next action. You agree to pay us any costs we incur in forwarding, disposing of or returning the shipment and our charges (if any) for making an extra delivery attempts and for the agreed appropriate next action. When accepting delivery of your order ensure the products are in satisfactory condition, we do not accept returns for damaged items after they have been signed off following delivery.
SECTION 7 – DELIVERY
Delivery of the Goods will be made once the Goods have been delivered to the place of delivery notified by you to MO Event Furniture and the accompanying consignment note has been signed by an individual aged 18 or over on your behalf. It will be your responsibility to check that the number of boxes or items delivered matches the accompanying consignment note before signing. Any damage to goods must be noted on the consignment note or delivery note. We aim to deliver a very high standard of service and we will make every effort to deliver the Goods, as near to the specified delivery date as possible, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Therefore, any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and MO Event Furniture will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract. The Goods may be delivered by MO Event Furniture in advance of the quoted delivery date. If MO Event Furniture fails to deliver the Goods for any reason other than any cause beyond MO Event Furniture reasonable control or your fault, and MO Event Furniture is accordingly liable to you, MO Event Furniture’s liability shall be limited to a refund of the Price of the Goods.
If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or fail to give MO Event Furniture adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond your reasonable control or by reason of MO Event Furniture) then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to MO Event Furniture, MO Event Furniture may: store the Goods until actual delivery and charge you for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for the excess over the price under the contract or charge you for any shortfall below the price under the contract.
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods will pass to you at the time when MO Event Furniture has tendered delivery of the Goods. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods, or any other provision of the Terms, the property in the Goods will not pass to you until MO Event Furniture has received cleared funds in full payment of all sums due.
SECTION 8 – REFUND POLICY
Items available from stock may be cancelled, provided the goods have not been dispatched.
For sales made to consumers, under the Consumer Rights Directive (‘CRD’), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. For example, if you receive your order on a Thursday, you have 14 days from Friday to return your order to us. To do this you must let us know in writing by emailing us on email@example.com, when you return your order. Refunds for orders cancelled under the CRD will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.
You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession and they must be returned to us in their original condition. We may agree to collect your items for you and if we do so, you will be charged the cost of collection which is a minimum of £50+VAT.
All items will be subject to a minimum of 10% restocking fee, but this may be as high as 50% of the value. Any items removed from their packaging will be charged a minimum of 40% restocking fee. Any items showing signs of use or damage, will not be eligible for a refund
We do not offer refunds for items manufactured to customer’s order.
This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the CRD. Full details of your rights are available from a Citizen’s Advice Bureau or a Local Authority Trading Standards Office. These Regulations do not apply to made to order and made to measure items and bespoke furniture.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
